We are a fully licensed and registered entity, transparent in our operations and accountable to both our clients and regulatory bodies.

Tour Operator License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid Tour and Travel Bureau license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct tourism activities across Indonesia.
Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): Padar Island is a registered taxpayer in the Republic of Indonesia, contributing to the national economy. Our NPWP is registered under our parent legal entity within the Juara Holding Group.
Mandatory Employee Insurance: All our employees, including full-time vessel crew and land-based staff, are registered for Indonesia’s national health and social security programs: BPJS Kesehatan (health) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security, including work accident coverage).

Maritime & Vessel Safety

Our Phinisi fleet is maintained and operated to a standard that exceeds local requirements.

KSOP Certification: Every vessel in our fleet has a valid Certificate of Seaworthiness (Surat Kelaiklautan Kapal) issued by the KSOP (Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan) Kelas III Labuan Bajo, subject to regular inspections.
SOLAS-Standard Equipment: Our vessels are equipped with safety gear that meets or exceeds Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) standards, including self-inflating life rafts, Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB), GPS, AIS (Automatic Identification System), and satellite phones for constant communication.
Certified Crew: Our captains hold a minimum of an ANT II (Ahli Nautika Tingkat II) license, and all crew members are certified in Basic Safety Training (BST) as mandated by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
